Office Support Job Opportunities and Salaries Rise in Improving Job Market

According to the Bridgewater Recruitment Specialists latest Salary Survey, 2013 saw the continued rise of job opportunities and salaries in the office support sector.

Compared with Bridgewater’s 2012 Salary Survey, there was a 33% rise in the potential annual earnings of a secretary, and they confirm in their 2013 report that they have seen a vast increase in the amount of vacancies that require secretarial skills.

Irish recruitment specialists Lex Consulting have also seen a noticeable rise in the need for trained office support staff. They find there is a shortage of candidates with the core secretarial skills needed to fill the administrative roles that are cropping up, and they are looking directly to career training centres like Pitman Training Swords to provide them with candidates with the skills they require.
